1. Who we are

The website utils.tieris.dev is run by Tiéris Gabriel Kühler Valente (individual), the controller of personal data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD").

2. What data we process

We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't store anything you type into the tools.

To deliver pages, our infrastructure receives your IP address and technical request information (such as your browser). This data is used only transiently, to deliver content and protect the site. We don't record your IP address in our logs.

We keep only technical records without personal data (request method, the page accessed in generic form, response code and processing time) for 14 days, to diagnose failures.

3. Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking technologies.

4. Legal basis

The transient processing of your IP address is based on legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX), as it's necessary to deliver the site securely.

5. Sharing and international transfer

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which acts as a processor and handles data on servers in the United States and across its global content delivery network. This international transfer takes place under LGPD art. 33, with the contractual safeguards provided by AWS. We don't sell or share your data with any other third parties.

6. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18, you may request: confirmation that processing takes place, access to your data, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, and review of decisions. Send your request to valentemaker@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
